Let me first point out, if you haven’t read Thaler’s nudge or have a good grasp of some of the main mantras of behavioral economics and economics then you would be wise on brushing up. Thaler’s book is a whirlwind ride through the years of events that contributed to the popularism of the subject matter.
It entangles both his personal and industry timelines and speaks mostly of the events and how they unfolded, less to the theories that led to those events. I particularly enjoyed how he negotiates those who would defend the status quo and how he found ways to be a rebel.
